Position: Administrative Support – Change & Culture Team

Location: Houghton Estate, Gauteng


Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and coordination support to the Change & Culture team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution, tracking, and communication of change initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Maintain and update change management documentation, templates, and registers
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of communication and engagement materials
  • Track progress of change initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and feedback
  • Administer and manage digital collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, MS Teams)
  • Compile inputs for reports, dashboards, and organizational readiness assessments
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement within the change function
  • Assist in implementing strategies that embed change capabilities within the team

Governance, Reporting, and Compliance

  • Adhere to SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring full compliance within the department
  • Contribute to SBV’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts by supporting related reporting and requirements

Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Grade 12 with a pass in Business Management
  • A Diploma or Degree in Communication, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Development is advantageous

Experience & Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Exposure to change management frameworks such as ADKAR or PROSCI
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
