Purpose of the Role:
To manage administrative tasks related to the National Housing Needs Register (housing database), process housing subsidy applications, and provide general and logistical support for housing-related matters, including title deeds.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative support role
- Knowledge of housing subsidies and title deed processes
- Computer literacy essential
- Must undergo a criminal background check and consent to fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at personal cost

Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to public and telephonic enquiries and complaints
- Collect and compile relevant data and statistics for the section
- Maintain and organise filing systems
- Draft and prepare meeting minutes
- Coordinate with beneficiaries on title deeds and related issues
- Open and manage new housing files
- Liaise with Group Financial Services on consumer billing and deposit payments
- Capture data and type official correspondence
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
