Location: City of Ekurhuleni, Gauteng
Remuneration: R292,944.00 – R401,832.00 per annum (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Higher Certificate in Accounting or an equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- 1 to 2 years of relevant payroll experience
Key Responsibilities
- Capture all salary and payroll updates to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- Cross-check attendance registers with leave records and report any inconsistencies or missing documentation
- Calculate and process final payments for terminations, ensuring accuracy
- Prepare requisitions for payment via the Venus expenditure system
- Receive, verify, and process leave applications in line with HR policies and service conditions
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files to ensure proper tracking of employee movements
- Handle payroll-related queries and provide efficient resolutions
