Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Roodepoort
Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)

Introduction:
An established firm based in Roodepoort is looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a versatile administrative support role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing support to accountants and company secretarial staff as needed
- Assisting the Director with minor personal assistant duties
- Preparing the monthly invoicing list, financial projections, and performing system checks
- Carrying out various duties typically associated with office administration
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SARS eFiling, SARS online queries, and call centre procedures is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using CIPC for tasks such as Annual Return submissions, Certificate generation, and (ideally) Beneficial Ownership Register submissions
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and efficient under pressure
- Able to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks within deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Proficiency in eFiling, SARS systems, and CIPC
- Computer literacy is essential
