Company Overview
Our client is a well-established construction firm specializing in retail, residential, and township developments. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily office functions and contribute to efficient project and business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Dictaphone typing accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking vehicles, flights, and accommodation
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and company events
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Sort, manage, and respond to incoming emails
  • Handle incoming calls and messages professionally
  • Prepare quotations and process invoices
  • Provide excellent customer liaison and communication
  • Monitor and manage stock levels
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Dictaphone typing
  • Fluent in Afrikaans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Remuneration

  • Salary Range: R15,000 – R20,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
