We are currently looking for a Buying Administrative Assistant to support the Buying Department in executing efficient procurement and purchasing processes for upcoming retail sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support throughout the full buying lifecycle
  • Review and analyze supplier information for accuracy and relevance
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including sample requests and courier arrangements with suppliers
  • Assist in the processing and follow-up of purchase orders
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Track and manage follow-up orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Support sample development, including arranging fittings and feedback
  • Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks within the department
  • Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Business Degree or Diploma (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and persistent in approach
  • Solid numeracy skills and analytical thinking
  • Highly methodical and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
