Administrative Assistant

Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Draft and distribute internal communications including memos, letters, and forms
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for easy document retrieval
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist senior management with administrative requests and general queries
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them accordingly
  • Support other professionals with both routine and advanced administrative tasks

Requirements

  • No formal qualification required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
