Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Draft and distribute internal communications including memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain and organize filing systems for easy document retrieval
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist senior management with administrative requests and general queries
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them accordingly
- Support other professionals with both routine and advanced administrative tasks
Requirements
- No formal qualification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
