Remuneration:
R417,864 – R573,228 per annum (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- A Diploma in Finance or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 5
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a financial environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Download and upload bank statements daily to the financial system (Solar)
- Allocate payments from government departments to the correct water and electricity accounts
- Allocate direct deposits from stand-alone bank accounts on a daily basis
- Reconcile general ledger suspense accounts and bank cost votes
- Capture and process general ledger journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliation files for review and signature by the Senior Manager
- Manage stock control and administration for deposit books, debit/credit card rolls
- Handle internal stock control for stationery, consumables, and office equipment
