Remuneration:
R417,864 – R573,228 per annum (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Finance or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 5
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a financial environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download and upload bank statements daily to the financial system (Solar)
  • Allocate payments from government departments to the correct water and electricity accounts
  • Allocate direct deposits from stand-alone bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Reconcile general ledger suspense accounts and bank cost votes
  • Capture and process general ledger journal entries
  • Prepare bank reconciliation files for review and signature by the Senior Manager
  • Manage stock control and administration for deposit books, debit/credit card rolls
  • Handle internal stock control for stationery, consumables, and office equipment
