Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to support administrative data management and transcription tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate records, ensuring quality compliance, and contributing to the overall success of various projects through effective documentation.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Data Management

  • Perform administrative duties to support efficient transcription processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems that meet standard operating procedures (SOPs) and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure proper record management to support a compliant Quality Management System.
  • Accurately gather, organise, and input information using approved templates and formats.
  • Transcribe documents and forms into standardised, document-controlled templates.
  • Track and monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with deadlines.
  • Meet daily productivity targets consistently.
  • Prepare and submit reports or relevant information to the appropriate managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all documentation and sensitive information.
  • Record meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders to support project timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information for accurate documentation.
  • Submit completed and approved documents to the relevant departments or personnel.
  • Liaise with management for task sign-offs to ensure compliance with company standards.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative support role
  • Experience with data capturing or typing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
