Position: Truck & Trailer Wash Bay Attendant
Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wash Bay Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior of trucks and trailers while ensuring all equipment meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and clean the exteriors of trucks and trailers.
- Inspect vehicles, tarps, and trailers for cleanliness and quality post-wash.
- Safely move trucks in and out of the wash bay or around the premises, if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in and around the wash bay area.
- Report any new damages to management immediately.
- Ensure correct use of cleaning products and chemicals.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of wash bay supplies.
- Adhere to daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to both follow and give direction.
- Must have a clear criminal record.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
