Role Overview

As a Stock Controller, you’ll be a key brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring efficient back-of-house operations. Your focus will be on streamlining stock processes to enhance the team’s ability to spend more time with clients and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.


Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Keep inventory in excellent condition with logical, organized stockroom layouts.
  • Oversee deliveries and restocking processes to ensure product availability and improve store efficiency.
  • Manage My Product Requests (MPR) and collaborate with Supply Chain to meet client needs and report availability issues.
  • Lead and support inventory counts, stock movement tracking, and shrinkage reduction.
  • Handle client deliveries, reservations, and maintain accurate drawer allocations and shop floor inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Meet all deadlines related to My SR, Out-stockings, reversals, and transfers.
  • Oversee the My Reverse platform, ensuring timely actions and maintaining a clean, available stock.
  • Work with colleagues to reduce shop-soiled items.

Audit & Maintenance

  • Ensure accurate stock location tracking in both back-of-house and sales areas.
  • Adhere to internal audit protocols and company policies.

After-Sales Support (based on store size)

  • Manage the after-sales process, including repairs, client follow-ups, and spare parts requests.
  • Address product quality issues and process DEF (Defective) exchanges according to procedure.

General Duties

  • Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and sales support.
  • Assist Client Advisors during peak times to meet client needs.
  • Continuously develop brand and product expertise.
  • Uphold grooming and behavior standards that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand.
