Purpose of the Role
To provide comprehensive general office support to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the Speaker.
Reporting To: Senior Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and assist with document filing within the Office of the Speaker.
- Sort large volumes of correspondence in accordance with coding protocols.
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure refreshments are available for all meetings.
- Carry out other office-related tasks as part of developmental assignments.
