Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Packing
- Accurately pick and pack Internet Cash Sales (ICS), local driver, and wholesale orders.
- Prepare DHL and international ICS shipments according to courier and company standards.
- Maintain error-free packing with attention to proper labeling and secure, attractive packaging.
Warehouse Operations
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
- Organize, relocate, and label stock between departments or storage areas.
- Receive, unpack, and shelve incoming stock promptly and correctly.
- Support general warehouse tasks such as packing, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
- Participate in planned and spot stock-takes.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Team Support & Additional Duties
- Occasionally support the Health Matrix Lab team with relevant tasks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate required.
Work Experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or order fulfillment role (especially within FMCG, health, or beauty industries).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of prolonged standing and lifting moderate weights.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience with inventory systems or handheld scanners is a plus.
