Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Montana Park, Pretoria

Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 CTC (Negotiable)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
  • Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
    Interview Dress Code: Smart attire

Introduction
A reputable accounting firm in Montana Park is seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for an individual with administrative experience in an accounting environment and a basic understanding of bookkeeping.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (Pastel experience is an advantage)
  • Prior experience within an accounting or bookkeeping environment
  • South African citizenship required
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submission of CIPC Annual Returns
  • Processing of payroll
  • Performing basic bookkeeping functions
  • General administrative tasks and filing
  • Collecting and organizing client information
  • Loading returns and payments on eFiling
  • Client communication and call handling
