- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

Introduction
A reputable accounting firm in Montana Park is seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for an individual with administrative experience in an accounting environment and a basic understanding of bookkeeping.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge (Pastel experience is an advantage)
- Prior experience within an accounting or bookkeeping environment
- South African citizenship required
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Submission of CIPC Annual Returns
- Processing of payroll
- Performing basic bookkeeping functions
- General administrative tasks and filing
- Collecting and organizing client information
- Loading returns and payments on eFiling
- Client communication and call handling
