Key Responsibilities
- Replace cracked or missing tiles
- Repair floor drains
- Paint window frames, doors, paneling, tables, etc.
- Perform concrete repairs and apply epoxy flooring (especially in freezer areas)
- Conduct general concrete work
- Damp-proof and seal walls
- Carry out general repairs, including gutters and similar fixtures
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Qualifications: Relevant certification in building or maintenance work
- Experience: Practical experience in general building maintenance will be an advantage
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
