Position Title: Administrative Officer

Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (Salary Level 7) + benefits
Educational Requirements
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- National N Diploma or National Diploma in Management Assistant, Public Management, or a related field
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration
- A valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of ITS (Integrated Tertiary Software) is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Compile the campus enrolment plan for NCV and Report 191 programmes
- Collect departmental information and compile reports for Campus Management and the A-Team
- Draft reports, presentations, and various forms of correspondence
- Administer Human Resource functions, including:
- Leave form coordination and submission to Central Office
- Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) documentation handling
- Staff attendance register maintenance
- Oversee procurement activities:
- Recommend purchase requests to the Campus Manager
- Receive goods and services
- Follow up on procurement requisitions
- Manage and maintain filing systems in line with QMS and the National Archives Act
- Support student registration and examination processes:
- Assist with registration
- Store student portfolios of evidence and records
- Coordinate registration and examination procedures
