Job Purpose
To ensure the timely and efficient collection and delivery of medical reports, specimens, and parcels between hospitals, wards, doctor’s offices, factories, and other clients, using a company vehicle.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 10
- Licences: Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code B and Code A)
- Experience:
- Proven driving experience
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with South African traffic rules and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Collection & Delivery: Transport reports, samples, and packages to and from clients and medical facilities promptly and accurately.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to uphold and enhance Ampath’s reputation.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained, safe, and equipped for daily duties. Remain contactable throughout the workday.
