Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the main liaison between the project team and key stakeholders.
- Present clear and concise project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through ongoing communication and feedback.
- Address and resolve stakeholder concerns proactively to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration
- Promote a positive team environment and support team engagement initiatives.
- Mentor colleagues and assist with professional growth and development.
- Organize team-building exercises and training sessions.
- Mediate team conflicts and contribute to a cohesive work culture.
- Celebrate achievements and encourage motivation across the team.
Administrative Coordination
- Maintain well-organized records and documentation for projects and operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
- Support general office functions including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Implement systems and procedures to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics and deliverables.
Business Process Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficiency strategies.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to guide decision-making.
- Conduct reviews and propose improvements to business practices.
- Assist in cross-functional efforts for business development and growth.
- Develop innovative strategies to optimize team productivity and workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business coordination or project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
