Salary: R144,000 – R192,000 per annum (CTC)
Introduction
We are a growing mid-sized construction company seeking a detail-oriented and capable Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative functions and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment. This role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and experienced in supporting various business operations.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office and site administrative tasks
- Manage schedules, documentation, and internal communications
Sales & Tender Support:
- Assist with tender documentation and sales administration processes
Human Resources Support:
- Support HR-related tasks including records management and onboarding
Finance Administration:
- Help with invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record keeping
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: National Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative role

Technical Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable using modern digital tools and platforms
- Strong report writing skills
- Experience in scheduling and office management
- Document handling and management expertise
