Introduction
Zibo Containers, a respected leader in the production of thermoformed plastic packaging, is looking for a motivated and dependable Code 10 Truck Driver to join their team in Algoa Park, Gqeberha. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip
- Verify that all goods match delivery notes/invoices before departure
- Assist with loading and unloading of stock as needed
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Accurately complete all delivery documentation and work logs
- Operate the vehicle in compliance with road and traffic regulations
- Immediately report any vehicle issues to the Warehouse or Logistics Manager
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, inside and out
- Report and sign off any delivery discrepancies and notify the warehouse office promptly
- Comply with all health and safety protocols as outlined by company policy
- Perform additional tasks as reasonably assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a current PDP
- A clean criminal record
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant driving experience
