Position: Capital Equipment Administration

Salary: R18 000 to R20 000

Introduction

Our client operates within the healthcare sector and is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support the CE (Customer Experience) administration team by coordinating daily operations.


Purpose of the Role

To manage and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the CE team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Diploma in Administration or related field (minimum one-year full-time qualification)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role

Training and Development

The successful candidate will receive training to build product and system knowledge. A willingness and ability to learn both formally and informally on an ongoing basis is essential.


Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in record-keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
