This multifaceted role includes administrative duties, pricing updates, customer service, vendor coordination, and assistance with app testing. Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles (preferably in retail or fintech) is an advantage
  • Background in customer service
  • Familiarity with app testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing); training available if needed
  • Experience in vendor coordination, inventory control, or stock management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of foreign exchange is advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Background in fintech or retail environments
  • Understanding of pricing models and inventory management systems

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document organization

Pricing Management

  • Assist with updating and maintaining accurate grocery pricing databases
  • Ensure timely price adjustments and data integrity

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product or app-related support

App Testing & UAT Support

  • Help test app features by executing test cases, logging issues, and verifying fixes in the UAT environment

Vendor Management

  • Communicate with vendors and resolve supply or service issues
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory availability
  • Support onboarding processes, contract documentation, and performance tracking

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate operational and vendor performance reports
  • Track key metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
