Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Practical welding experience is essential (Arc, MIG, TIG, or Stick)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Must be immediately available to start
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
