Job Summary
Hello Group is looking to hire a committed Administrative Assistant to support the operational, financial, and administrative functions along the Malawi Corridor. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including payroll processing, lease and expense reconciliation, preparing bank instructions, and working closely with the treasury team on funding-related matters. The role also covers critical reporting tasks such as driver behavior tracking, cash handling, and payout analysis, along with accurate record-keeping of fuel usage, system access, and geographical mapping.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative support
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage the full payroll cycle from onboarding to processing
- Maintain lease and rental records for all stores
- Reconcile expenses and maintain supporting documentation
Funding Support
- Prepare and issue banking instructions
- Collaborate closely with treasury and banks on funding queries
- Manage and maintain the Cash File
- Handle journal entries and reconciliations
Reporting
- Generate weekly driver behavior reports
- Monitor and report daily cash-up and missed payouts
- Conduct weekly payout analysis
General Administration
- Track and maintain fuel usage records
- Administer staff access rights on internal systems
- Update and manage geographic data (Google Maps) for the Malawi Corridor
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
