Position Summary
Optimi is seeking a dedicated Assessment Administrator to join our Academic team. This role involves ensuring the efficient and accurate management of student assessments and enquiries. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, well-organized, composed under pressure, and enthusiastic about contributing to the education sector.

Minimum Requirements

  • NQF Level 4 qualification (Essential)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Essential)
  • Familiarity with Moodle (Advantageous)
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student enquiries related to assessments
  • Respond to administrative queries and ticket submissions in a timely manner
  • Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of student assignments
  • Monitor and maintain the ticketing system
  • Coordinate with markers to ensure assessment deadlines are met
  • Capture and record assessment results accurately
  • Ensure all assessment processes are executed in compliance with internal protocols and the standards of the Department of Higher Education and Training and the relevant examination board
