Purpose of the Role
To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing point of sale (POS) operations, handling merchandising duties, and supporting promotions to create a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of all POS activities.
- Accurately scan products and process customer payments, including ClubCard rewards.
- Handle cash responsibly and securely at all times.
- Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program.
- Highlight in-store promotions to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a friendly and professional brand ambassador.
- Maintain visual merchandising and uphold store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Stay informed on products, ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
- Support Clicks’ goal of being the leading choice in health and beauty retail.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- Preferred: Previous customer service experience in a retail or FMCG environment
Education:
- Required: Grade 12
- Preferred: Minimum 50% in both Maths and English at Grade 12 level
