Role Purpose

To provide administrative and front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage access for all office visitors, including operating the security boom and issuing exit codes.
  • Offer and serve refreshments to guests.
  • Maintain monthly refreshment stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Monitor and restock printer paper supplies.
  • Ensure office security by opening and locking the premises daily.
  • Regulate air conditioning temperatures as required.
  • Allocate office keys to new financial advisers and personal assistants.
  • Assist new staff with printer setup and access.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.
  • Manage boardroom bookings and scheduling.
  • Log maintenance requests with building management and internal teams (CRES).
  • Oversee cleaning service providers.
  • Prepare monthly printer usage and office allocation reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Administrative qualification (advantageous)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Reception or Administrative role
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
