Position: Hygiene Operators x10
Location: Eastrand, Gauteng
Job Type: Shift-based
Job Purpose:
To ensure thorough cleaning of the plant in accordance with Ecowize’s hygiene and food safety standards, by consistently applying the 10-Step Cleaning Process and maintaining a food-safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the 10-Step Cleaning Process daily, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the site, creating a safe and compliant workspace.
- Perform all operational cleaning tasks, including CIP (Clean-in-Place) and Deep Cleaning procedures.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and meet client expectations.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely task completion.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Proven deep cleaning experience (mandatory)
- Experience in wet plant cleaning, abattoirs, or further processing environments is beneficial
- Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Chemical stock control experience is required
- Strong ability to follow daily instructions and work independently

Additional Information:
- Relocation may be necessary if you are not currently based in the East Rand.
