Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and professional delivery of goods to local customers
- Accurately complete delivery documentation, including delivery notes, trip sheets, and PODs
- Load and unload goods carefully, following planned routes and ISO standards
- Comply with COD (Cash on Delivery) protocols and handle payments securely
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery delays or issues
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Assist with general operational duties such as dispatch and packing when required
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Code 8 or 10 Driver’s License with a current PDP
- At least 3 years’ experience in a delivery or manufacturing environment
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent – a technical qualification is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and email)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically capable of lifting materials up to 36kg
- Organised, reliable, and team-oriented with attention to detail
