Location: Claremont, Cape Town – Southern Suburbs
Salary: Up to R30,000 per month + R2,000 petrol allowance

Driver’s License & Own Vehicle Required (Essential)


About the Role:
Our client, a boutique professional services firm based in Claremont, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support senior leadership and manage front-office operations. This role requires someone confident, highly organized, and comfortable managing both personal and business-related errands, including frequent driving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and professional support to two directors/partners
  • Handle front-desk reception duties and be the face of the company
  • Organize and manage administrative tasks across the office
  • Coordinate errands, deliveries, and collections for directors
  • Support all staff with administrative tasks, such as tracking payments and sourcing supplier quotes
  • Maintain effective communication and planning within the office
  • Manage switchboard and handle high-level client interactions
  • Use Microsoft Office and related software proficiently

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • A qualification in Office Administration or as a Personal Assistant is advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
  • Willingness to manage both business and personal errands for company directors
