Personal Assistant / Office Administrator
Location: Claremont, Cape Town – Southern Suburbs
Salary: Up to R30,000 per month + R2,000 petrol allowance

About the Role:
Our client, a boutique professional services firm based in Claremont, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support senior leadership and manage front-office operations. This role requires someone confident, highly organized, and comfortable managing both personal and business-related errands, including frequent driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and professional support to two directors/partners
- Handle front-desk reception duties and be the face of the company
- Organize and manage administrative tasks across the office
- Coordinate errands, deliveries, and collections for directors
- Support all staff with administrative tasks, such as tracking payments and sourcing supplier quotes
- Maintain effective communication and planning within the office
- Manage switchboard and handle high-level client interactions
- Use Microsoft Office and related software proficiently
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A qualification in Office Administration or as a Personal Assistant is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to manage both business and personal errands for company directors
