Position Title: Administration Clerk: Vocational Rehabilitation

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months)
Salary: R228,321 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Centre: Compensation Fund, Pretoria

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • No prior experience required; however, experience in a rehabilitation or vocational setting will be advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of Compensation Fund operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with COIDA legislation and related regulations.
  • Skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Act & Regulations, and POPIA.
  • Strong digital literacy, conflict resolution, communication, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for effective operations.
  • Handle supply chain clerical tasks.
  • Manage personnel-related clerical duties.
  • Support financial administration within the Directorate.
