Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Knowledge of general office administration, document filing and retrieval
- Ability to operate office equipment (e.g. fax machine, photocopier)
- Data capturing skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Directorate
- Manage the movement and filing of documents and correspondence
