Job Title: Administrative Clerk: Inspection and Enforcement Services (x2 Posts)

Salary: R228 321 per annum

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Knowledge of general office administration, document filing and retrieval
  • Ability to operate office equipment (e.g. fax machine, photocopier)
  • Data capturing skills

  • Planning and organising
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Directorate
  • Manage the movement and filing of documents and correspondence
  • Assist with Supply Chain Management functions within the Directorate
  • Support HR administrative functions
