Administrator at Dames

Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrator to join our team in Roodepoort. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both accounting and secretarial functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provide support to accountants and secretarial staff as required
  • Assist the Director with minor PA duties
  • Prepare monthly invoicing lists, financial projections, and conduct system checks
  • Handle various tasks related to office administration

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience using SARS eFiling, online query systems, and SARS contact centre (highly advantageous)
  • Familiarity with CIPC for Annual Returns, certificate generation, and Beneficial Ownership Register submissions is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience with eFiling, SARS, and CIPC
  • Computer literate

Remuneration

  • R10,000 – R15,000 per month, based on experience
