Introduction
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, so a willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Process creditor invoices and statements
- Handle Omni system functions, including payments, receipts, quotes, and invoicing
- Perform daily cash-ups and file CODs accordingly
- Maintain and update the Colour Register and on-site timekeeping records
- Scan and process CPI attendance and leave forms
- Support the transition of CPI employees to SC where applicable
- Track employee leave, manage leave forms, and maintain attendance registers, including overtime
- Prepare and file documentation for new employee onboarding
- Distribute and update order sheets as required
- Manage front desk duties: answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, filing, and handling emails
- Scan and archive completed site files under the correct job reference in A-Jobs
- Book accommodation for site work and update location details in Site Groups
- Create new site files and open corresponding job cards in Omni
- Manage and reconcile fleet card statements and related slips
- Handle utility statements, including Mangaung and Centlec
- Provide scanning and administrative support to the sales team
- Archive older documents in properly labeled storage boxes
- Assist with quarterly stock takes
- Complete vehicle license renewal forms and ensure all supporting documents are attached
Requirements & Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Fluency in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Experience in creditors and debtors administration (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and administrative proficiency
- Familiarity with Omni software or willingness to be trained
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Remuneration
- R9,000 CTC per month
