Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 CTC per month
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
Driver’s License & Own Vehicle: Required
Introduction
A well-established company is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide all-round support to directors, and help ensure the smooth operation of office activities. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a completed matric, and a formal qualification in office administration.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Administration
- Perform full range of administrative and reception duties
- Manage emails, prepare invoices, and process documentation as required
- Draft, edit and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and general correspondence
- Welcome and assist guests at the front desk professionally
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Support staff with scheduling, meeting preparations, filing, data capturing, and document management
Executive Support
- Provide direct support to directors, including running errands and ad hoc tasks
- Manage scanning, filing, and documentation systems
- Oversee petty cash, reconciliations, and assist with basic account handling
- Assist in maintaining office operations and supplies, including grocery purchasing
Office Maintenance
- Supervise office cleanliness and general upkeep
- Coordinate duties of office cleaners and gardener to maintain a pleasant working environment
Requirements
- Matric certificate and a relevant Administrative Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (Non-negotiable)
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
