Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the workshop and facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience:

  • At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate job cards for workshop activities
  • Prepare pro-forma invoices related to job cards
  • Process external vendor orders on corresponding job cards
  • Handle daily bank deposits
  • Maintain and update the risk file (GMR), ensuring all relevant forms are completed and signed
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Basic understanding of workshop administrative processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ordering parts and maintenance-related items

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
