Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the service operations team
- Contribute to achieving financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cost centre
- Manage cost centre expenses and work in progress (WIP) effectively
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Address and resolve queries from both internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with relevant Customer Service (CS) processes
- At least two years’ experience using SAP CS and CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
