The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to provide crucial support to our consulting operations. This role involves efficient data management and drafting, comprehensive administrative support, and the delivery of accurate and timely reports. Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly collection, input, and storage of client data.
- Drafting Employment Equity Analyses.
- Preparing committee nomination forms and appointment letters.
- Assisting consultants with Employment Equity Report compilation.
- Conducting SDF Registration and OFO Coding for new clients.
- Client engagement for training bookings based on Workplace Skills Plans.
- Liaising with third-party training providers.
- Developing training proposals for clients.
- Interacting with SETAs regarding queries, submissions, and grants.
- Registering learners on SETA portals.
- Applying for Discretionary Grant Funding.
- Capturing prospect information and generated quotes.
- Managing and maintaining the training pipeline.
- Supporting consultants with Skills Development Report compilation.
- Identifying training needs (personal, professional, career-related) with your manager.
- Participating in scheduled development activities.
- Conducting SD and EE Compliance Auditing and Reporting within deadlines.
- Maintaining records related to SD and EE Compliance and Reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-centric approach and:
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advantageous working knowledge of Skills Development and Employment Equity.
- Advantageous Level 2 or 3 Microsoft Excel Certification.
- 1 year of administrative experience.
- 1 year of data capturing experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: R12 500 CTC
