Job Title: Loader/Offloader – Bread Distribution
Purpose of the Role:
To manage the daily loading and offloading of bread at the distribution site, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load bread accurately according to the picking slip.
- Adhere to the pipeline loading sequence.
- Maintain tray counts and ensure correct balancing within the truck.
- Participate in daily invocom meetings.
- Ensure only quality-approved bread is loaded.
- Implement proper stock rotation practices (FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Report any loading issues to management promptly.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work until the final truck is loaded
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
