Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s and statutory regulations regarding cleanliness in all tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the scullery and uphold hygiene and safety standards consistently.
- Preserve the Company’s standards of hygiene for crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen and dining room utensils.
- Handle refuse removal from the scullery area.
- Assist in various unit areas when required, responding to reasonable requests from management.
- Clean fridges in walk-in cold rooms.
- Avoid leaving cleaning agents in public areas.
- Place safety signs/boards where cleaning is in progress.
- Keep the outside area of the store clean and inviting.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the back of the store, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in various unit areas during less busy periods.
- Clean food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools or areas.
- Clean walls and windows.
- Clean and disinfect laundry, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom fixtures.
- Assist with any other duties outside the scope of responsibilities when required.

Qualifications:
- Matric.
