Our client is presently seeking a NOC Back Office Administrator. This position offers exposure to a varied work setting and opportunities for interaction with other personnel within the organization. The contract duration is 12 months.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The primary objective is to ensure the seamless availability and accessibility of all NOC systems to facilitate the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the ATC Network Operation Centre (NOC). The NOC Back-office administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all monitoring system issues, both from internal employees and contracted vendors. Responsibilities include the implementation and training of new monitoring systems, as well as the enhancement and upgrades of existing systems.

Qualifications and Experience At least 2-3 years of NOC experience Proficiency in presentation and technical reporting Capability to guide others in analyzing complex network-related issues Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills Assertive, proactive, innovative, with meticulous attention to detail Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Experience collaborating with various functional groups and employees at different levels within the organization Training in service delivery and support processes Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities, capable of managing both internal and external teams effectively Numerical reasoning coupled with analytical thinking and strategic insight, adept at problem-solving and navigating through challenging business situations Preferably experience in project accounting or purchasing management Advanced report writing skills with a comprehensive understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Roles and Responsibilities Generate, analyze, and report on the performance of NOC systems Ensure uptime of NOC systems Manage NOC systems data effectively Research and implement improvements to operational procedures, policies, and network management tools/systems Analyze fault resolution processes and develop scripts and reports Optimize, develop, and create permanent and ad hoc reports Provide support to NOC Teams in resolving complex faults and providing long-term solutions Ensure optimal performance of all monitoring and performance management tools while adhering to aggressive deadlines, and regularly communicate the status of troubleshooting, administrative, and project efforts Plan and conduct training on NOC systems as necessary, ensuring all NOC staff are fully trained on all systems, and provide support to NOC supervisors when needed
