  • Interacting professionally with all customers to ensure accurate processing of transactions and administration related to cellular, credit, and lay-by services, aiming to meet predefined targets.
  • Providing customer service with a customer-centric approach.
  • Achieving individual targets.
  • Administering cellular and credit transactions.
  • Conducting transaction processing and cash reconciliations.
  • Demonstrating effective self-management and collaborative teamwork.
  • Ensuring security measures and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Managing reception and switchboard operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completion of Matric.
  • Proficiency in numeracy.
  • Ability to handle monetary transactions.
  • Competence in computer literacy.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for teamwork.
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette.
  • Driven by targets and customer satisfaction.
