Position Title: Plant Planning and Logistics Administrator

We are seeking applications for the position mentioned above, based in Sedibeng. The selected candidate will directly report to the PPL Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with general administrative tasks.
  • Conducting efficient confirmation of production orders, bulk verification, and monitoring machine labor hours.
  • Upholding compliance with all ICC processes and procedures.
  • Administering O.E.E effectively.
  • Assisting in budget preparation.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports on OEE, unplanned downtime, material losses, and write-offs.
  • Supporting MDWT in production.
  • Monitoring production order variances effectively.
  • Supporting Mini Businesses in Production.
  • Coordinating a collaborative governance process.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Grade 12 and relevant Diploma
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a production/FMCG environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, advanced MS Excel. Familiarity with SAP ERP in a packaging environment is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities to ensure task completion.
  • A resilient personality, innovativeness, self-drive, and ability to work under pressure.
