Role Overview:
The SaaS Administrator’s primary responsibility is to design, implement, manage, and optimize the company’s cloud solutions and related components to ensure the optimal performance of various business cloud applications. This entails guaranteeing the availability of cloud solutions, configuring new implementations, and establishing processes and procedures for ongoing cloud environment management.
Responsibilities:
Process Planning: Coordinate and plan processes required for user application and system provisioning using tools such as MS Visio, Kanban Board (Target Process), and Sharepoint. Process Availability: Generate overviews in accordance with predefined SLAs. Build Modules for Internal Customers: Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements, document needs, and develop solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and wikis, report progress during weekly scrum calls, and create user documentation in English. User Support: Address user tickets and requests, and report any abnormal system situations or concerns. Deliver Maintenance-Free Software: Provide professional and zero-maintenance software solutions within deadlines and devise simple solutions for complex requests. Identify Optimal Solutions: Determine the best approaches to meet business demands. Continuous Improvement: Research new functionalities and options to enhance existing solutions in terms of usability, performance, and maintenance. Collaboration: Work with international teams and contribute as a team player. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Kanban and Scrum methodologies (e.g., use of Target Process). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service management. Several years of experience in information technologies and applications such as ERP, manufacturing, multinational project management, network and system platforms, databases, and client-server applications. Knowledge of:
Microsoft Active Directory administration. Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (or newer) and familiarity with Team Foundation Server. Secure access and utilization of SQL Server 2016 (or newer). ITSM Helpdesk operations. Sharepoint Wikipedia system. Microsoft Office applications. Package & Compensation:
Salary Range: R40,000 – R50,000 per month.
