Position Title: Plant Planning and Logistics Administrator
We are seeking applications for the position mentioned above, based in Sedibeng. The selected candidate will directly report to the PPL Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with general administrative tasks.
- Conducting efficient confirmation of production orders, bulk verification, and monitoring machine labor hours.
- Upholding compliance with all ICC processes and procedures.
- Administering O.E.E effectively.
- Assisting in budget preparation.
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports on OEE, unplanned downtime, material losses, and write-offs.
- Supporting MDWT in production.
- Monitoring production order variances effectively.
- Supporting Mini Businesses in Production.
- Coordinating a collaborative governance process.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Grade 12 and relevant Diploma
- 2-3 years’ experience in a production/FMCG environment
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, advanced MS Excel. Familiarity with SAP ERP in a packaging environment is advantageous.

- Excellent communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities to ensure task completion.
- A resilient personality, innovativeness, self-drive, and ability to work under pressure.
