Introduction: Permanent Position in Witbank, Mpumalanga

Duties & Responsibilities: This role entails coordinating office activities and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, as well as taking messages.
  • Responding to emails and other correspondence.
  • Maintaining general office files and job files.
  • Managing petty cash and keeping records.
  • Coordinating courier services.
  • Purchasing office supplies.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Undertaking other relevant office duties as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification: To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Own transport.
  • Matric certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office administration role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Package & Remuneration: The salary for this position will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.
