Introduction: Permanent Position in Witbank, Mpumalanga
Duties & Responsibilities: This role entails coordinating office activities and includes the following responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, as well as taking messages.
- Responding to emails and other correspondence.
- Maintaining general office files and job files.
- Managing petty cash and keeping records.
- Coordinating courier services.
- Purchasing office supplies.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.
- Undertaking other relevant office duties as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification: To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Own transport.
- Matric certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office administration role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Package & Remuneration: The salary for this position will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.
