Role Overview:

Reception Management:

  • Ensuring continuous tidiness of the reception area.
  • Welcoming clients with courtesy and warmth.
  • Handling Africa Trailers email correspondence for customer service purposes.
  • Assisting in sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Supporting the sales team by addressing customer inquiries.

Switchboard Management:

  • Professionally answering incoming calls.
  • Identifying the purpose of each call and directing it to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Accurately recording messages and promptly relaying them via email to relevant individuals.
  • Reporting any issues with phone lines or equipment promptly.
