Administrator and Logistics Assistant

Location: Randburg, Gauteng

Full Job Description:

We seek a dynamic, spirited, sociable, and amicable individual to join our team.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Managing office supplies
  • Corresponding via email with suppliers or clients
  • Procuring materials
  • Resolving supplier queries (such as price differences, discrepancies, short deliveries, etc.)
  • Forwarding remittances to suppliers upon payment completion
  • Conducting regular follow-ups on orders and providing feedback to the office manager and sites
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
  • Soliciting quotations
  • Conducting periodic rate checks from suppliers
  • Submitting documents
  • Typing site reports

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

Monthly Salary: R13,000.00 – R15,000.00 (Net Salary), with additional benefits based on experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook (non-negotiable)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Effective communication within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • 5 years of experience
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R12,000.00 – R15,000.00 per month
