Full Job Description:
We seek a dynamic, spirited, sociable, and amicable individual to join our team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Data entry
- Maintaining a filing system
- Managing office supplies
- Corresponding via email with suppliers or clients
- Procuring materials
- Resolving supplier queries (such as price differences, discrepancies, short deliveries, etc.)
- Forwarding remittances to suppliers upon payment completion
- Conducting regular follow-ups on orders and providing feedback to the office manager and sites
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Soliciting quotations
- Conducting periodic rate checks from suppliers
- Submitting documents
- Typing site reports
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Monthly Salary: R13,000.00 – R15,000.00 (Net Salary), with additional benefits based on experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook (non-negotiable)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Effective communication within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 5 years of experience
- Own reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
